The Mirror

The Path of Re:Union isn’t a course in the traditional sense. It’s not a collection of tools, techniques, or teachings to master. There is no final destination, no “leveling up”, no “ascension”. These are all approaches that come from the mind.

Re:Union is a journey of reorientation - away from the mind’s control and into a felt relationship with the deeper intelligence that has always been here.

It’s a reconnection to the intelligence that breathes you. The intelligence that grows trees. That digests food. That moves through all your cells and speaks through sensation, emotion, and synchronicity.

It’s not something you can learn - it’s something you must remember, surrender into, and ultimately become available to.

Re:Union is about letting go of what you thought you had to be, and starting to listen to Life itself.

During the 3 months we have together in The Mirror, you’ll be held in a living container of remembering.

There will be weekly calls alternating between full-group sessions and gender-specific explorations. As well as an online community to share reflections in between calls.

The invitation is not to improve yourself, but to surrender deeper into what’s already here:

• To notice when you’re operating from fear or survival.

• To witness the thoughts that seek control or certainty.

• To feel how often you reach outside of yourself for answers.

• To sense the places where you are still living in separation — from others, from your body, from life.

• And instead of trying to change any of it — just be with it. Not as a problem. But as the beginning
  of your return.

This might sound simple, but it is not easy. Because the mind doesn’t like not knowing. It doesn’t like sitting still. It doesn’t like surrender.

So this is a path that's often filled with doubt. With resistance. With feeling like you’re doing it “wrong.” And all of that is welcome. It is part of the journey.
